MVP Development

From thesis to live product in 8–16 weeks.

We've taken four of our own products from idea to market on this cadence. The same system — validation sprint, production build, instrumented launch — is available for yours.

An MVP is a bet, not a brochure

The point of an MVP is to find out whether strangers will pay for the product — everything that doesn't serve that question is decoration. So we start with a validation sprint: field research, a working prototype, real users. If the thesis doesn't survive, we tell you before the expensive part begins.

When it does survive, we build to production standard from day one. “MVP” describes the scope, not the quality — a product that falls over at the first hundred users hasn't tested anything except your patience.

The cadence, concretely

Weeks 1–3: validation sprint and product strategy. Weeks 3–6: brand, UI/UX system, and architecture. Weeks 6–14: the build — web and mobile, AI-native where it earns its place, instrumented for learning from the first session. Launch comes with go-to-market plumbing, not just a URL.

Fixed scope, agreed up front. For single AI products, the 3–4 week AI Sprint starts at ₹5,00,000. For venture builds we co-found — equity plus a minimal build fee — because we'd rather own the outcome than bill the hours.

Depo — a super app for tier-2/3 India

Taxi booking, business discovery, classifieds, and property — built ground-up for the way real India moves, not cloned from a metro app.

Fair questions.

Can you really ship in 8–16 weeks?

It's the observed cadence across Mentzi, AurumOS, Depo, and ZerocodeAI — our own products, on our own money. The discipline that makes it possible is fixed scope and a validation sprint before the build.

What happens after launch?

Whatever the structure says: in a venture build we stay on as technical partner; in a fixed-scope build you get complete source and documentation, plus the option of an ongoing partnership.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, happily. Though our honest advice is that execution speed protects an idea better than paperwork does.
