Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — mutual NDA before discovery if you prefer. We don’t require one to start the conversation.
Who owns the work?
You do, on full payment. We retain portfolio rights for case studies unless you explicitly waive them in the SOW.
Can you start tomorrow?
No. Discovery happens the same week, but kickoff is typically one to three weeks out. The waiting list keeps the work good.
Do you write copy?
Brand voice and taglines, yes. Long-form marketing copy, ongoing blog content — no. We will introduce you to writers we trust.
Will you sign an MSA?
Studio and Partner engagements run on a mutual MSA. Sprints run on a simpler SOW.
