Why we exist
Sitio Labs was founded in 2024 with a simple conviction: AI would compress the time-to-market for software products so dramatically that a small, focused studio could compete with a well-funded product team. That conviction has been proven correct four times over.
We started with a question: which markets in India are large enough to matter, underserved enough to be winnable, and complex enough that AI creates real leverage? The answers were surprising. Not fintech. Not SaaS-for-enterprise. The answers were jewellery retailers in tier-2 cities, school teachers buried in lesson planning, small business owners managing stock on WhatsApp.
So we built for them. Mentzi for teachers. Thokpe for wholesalers. Depo for shop owners. ZerocodeAI for builders. Each product is live, paying, and growing. None of them are pivots.

I started Sitio Labs with a simple belief: the most meaningful technology is built around real problems, not imagined ones.
Over the years, my work has taken me close to the people and industries that actually experience those problems — working with businesses, institutions, entrepreneurs and communities to understand how things work on the ground, where they break, and what it takes to build solutions that genuinely make a difference.
That experience shaped how I think about building companies.
A problem rarely exists in isolation. What begins as a challenge for one business can often reveal a much larger opportunity — one that can impact an entire industry, a nation, or even a global market.
That is the thinking behind Sitio Labs.
We don't simply build software. We go deep into real-world problems, understand them from the inside, and turn those insights into products and ventures capable of scaling far beyond their starting point.
Our work has spanned diverse industries and markets — from education and manufacturing to commerce, MSMEs and emerging AI technologies. Along the way, we've worked directly with real users, built for complex and underserved markets, and launched products across 10+ Indian languages.

Sitio Labs also serves as CTO Partner for VDOlocal, India's video-first storefront for physical store owners.
For software, Sitio Labs is a venture studio rather than a software agency. We originate our own products and keep skin in the game on what we build. When we work with external founders, we structure it as a co-founding partnership (Venture Build), embedded CTO engagement (CTO Partnership), or fixed-scope sprint (AI Sprint). Marketing, branding and events run separately as a full-service agency for businesses of every size.
Sitio Labs focuses on underserved markets in India where AI can create 10× leverage over incumbent solutions. Current portfolio covers: K–12 education (Mentzi), hyperlocal discovery for tier 2/3 cities (Depo), no-code developer tools (ZerocodeAI), AI search visibility (Etailers), fashion visual search (Found), and wholesale accounting (Thokpe). We also have a CTO partnership in video commerce (VDOlocal).
Sitio Labs offers three engagement models: Venture Build (co-founding with equity, 8–16 weeks to first live product), CTO Partnership (embedded fractional CTO, minimum 6-month engagement), and AI Sprint (one production-ready AI product in 3–4 weeks, fixed fee from $6,000).
Yes. While our product focus is India, we work with founders and companies globally for the Venture Build, CTO Partnership, and AI Sprint engagements. All work is priced and invoiced in USD.
For an AI Sprint, delivery is 3–4 weeks. For a Venture Build, the typical timeline to a first live product is 8–16 weeks. CTO Partnership is an ongoing engagement. Timelines depend on scope, get in touch for a specific estimate.
Sitio Labs builds AI-native products using modern full-stack architecture. Our stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, and React for web products; React Native and SwiftUI for mobile; Supabase and PostgreSQL for data; and a range of LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for AI capabilities. We design for performance, scalability, and AI-first architecture.
