Fair questions.

Why equity instead of a normal invoice?

Because an invoice ends the relationship the day it's paid. Equity and revenue share keep us in the room when the hard decisions happen — which is exactly when a technical partner earns their keep.

What does a validation sprint look like?

Two to three weeks of field research, competitor teardown, and a working prototype in front of real users. If the thesis doesn't survive contact with the market, we tell you — before either of us spends serious money.

Can we start with an AI Sprint and grow into a partnership?

That's the most common path. A sprint is the cheapest way for both sides to learn how the other works. Several of our longer engagements started exactly this way.

Who will actually work on our product?

The same people who build Mentzi, AurumOS, Depo, and ZerocodeAI. We don't subcontract, and we don't staff juniors on outside work — the studio is small on purpose.
