Startup Product Design

Design people trust before they've read a word.

Every screen in our portfolio was designed in-house, one desk away from the engineers who shipped it. That's the practice we offer: brand, product design, UI/UX systems, and motion — without the handoff tax.

Design and engineering under one roof

The most expensive artefact in software is a beautiful design that can't be built. Because our designers and engineers share a room — and a deadline — our design systems arrive as working components, not annotated PDFs. What you approve is what ships.

The practice covers brand identity, product design, UI/UX systems, and motion language. For Bharat-facing products it extends to vernacular typography, low-end device performance, and interfaces that work for first-time internet users — details a metro-focused portfolio never has to learn.

How engagements work

Design is usually woven into a venture build, where it belongs. Standalone engagements — 3 to 6 weeks, fixed fee — are offered selectively for teams we believe in: a full identity and design system, or a focused product-design sprint on one critical flow.

Mentzi's classroom calm, AurumOS's factory-floor clarity, Depo's first-time-user simplicity, ZerocodeAI's developer polish — one team, four distinct products.

Fair questions.

Do you do design-only engagements?

Selectively — a few a year, 3–6 weeks, fixed fee. If we take one on, you get the same practice that designs our own products, not a separate “client tier.”

What do we receive at the end?

A working design system — components, tokens, and motion specs your engineers can use directly — plus brand assets and honest usage guidance. No 90-page PDF that nobody opens twice.

Can you redesign an existing product?

Yes, and we'll start by telling you what's worth keeping. A redesign that discards working user habits is a regression wearing new clothes.

Send a link or a sketch. We'll tell you what the design is saying — and what it should be saying.
